Property Clearances

We work closely with housing associations, councils and solictors in clearing both domestic and commercial sites across South Wales. Whether the property is a void or still tenanted we can clear all items including floor coverings, blinds and curtains ensuring the property is clear and ready for remedial works to be conducted. If properties do not have electricity, we are equiped with portable work lighting to ensure works are conducted effectively and most notibly for the saftey of our workforce and members of the public. Once a property has been cleared, a job card is formulated containing before and after images of the property which can be valuable when seeking to pass on clearance costs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Following the completion of any property clearance works, we offer cleaning services covering 3 levels of works; Basic Disinfectant Clean, Deep Clean & Environmental Cleaning works. In addition, we can conduct needle sweeps and ensure the safe removal of sharps and drug paraphernalia alike.
